Nord Stream AG, Zug, Switzerland, and United Metallurgical Company (OMK), Vyksa, today signed a contract for the supply of steel pipes for the construction of the pipeline across the Baltic Sea. OMK will supply 25 per cent of the pipes for the first line of the 1,200 kilometre pipeline from Vyborg in Russia to Greifswald in Germany.
