Terms of the agreement

WINGAS offers both short-term and long-term agreements. Depending on the respective storage service that is booked, the agreement can run between one month and several years. During this time the storage customer can use the storage capacity as well as the injection and withdrawal capacities according to its booking.

At the earliest, a binding storage request can be filed prior to the commencement of the desired storage agreement in accordance with the table below:

> 3 years	any time
> 1 year to 3 years	1 year before the start of the storage agreement
> 1 month to 1 year	3 months before the start of the storage agreement
> 1 day to 1 month	30 working days before the start of the storage agreement

Because of the actual logistical situation for the Haidach Underground Storage and for ensuring an efficient usage of the storage WINGAS will also accept non-discriminatory binding storage requests beside the terms mentioned above.
