Everyone counts at WINGAS!

At WINGAS, each and every member of our team is important to us. We know that if our employees are doing well, then the company is too, which in turn benefits our customers and partners. That’s why we support our staff wherever we can, so they can contribute to the success of WINGAS, as well as enjoying fantastic career development opportunities. We like our employees to be able to concentrate on their jobs, and as a responsible employer we have several initiatives in place so that the day-to-day working environment is as pleasant as possible.

Flexible Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours models, such as part-time work and job sharing.

Family and Childcare

We ensure that taking maternity and paternity leave is a smooth process, so our employees can focus on their little one.  When they return to work, we help them feel like they never left the team. We also help to locate child care facilities, such as the KIWI day-care facility in Kassel. In September 2012, we opened another child care centre to meet growing demand.

Health and Fitness

We believe that strong performance from our employees should be complimented by an active and healthy lifestyle. We offer all our staff a wide-ranging health and fitness program, to boost their contentment and well-being. This is the best energy of all, which is what working at WINGAS is all about.

Health and Safety

At WINGAS we have the enormous responsibility of ensuring a reliable supply of natural gas for our customers. In delivering this, the safety of our employees and clients is always of the utmost importance. Our safety commitments are not just an obligation written down on instruction panels or leaflets, but are common practice, reflected throughout our day-to-day work activities and attitudes.

We have developed an HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Management System in order to guarantee the highest possible standards. We are always available to listen to suggestions from our staff, and each one is carefully considered. The sooner we identify any issues the better, to ensure the safety of all involved.
