At WINGAS, our guiding principle of “More energy – together” is a promise to all of our customers. As well as supplying gas, we provide a personal service, and a perfectly tailored package to meet your needs. At the heart of this promise is our management board, which is divided into four areas of responsibility: Company Management, Procurement, Finance and Sales in Europe. The Board manages and coordinates the strategic direction of the company, from these divisions.
Chairman of the Board
Dmitry Kotulskiy, born in 1978, has been a member of the WINGAS Board and its chairman since 2016.
After graduating from the Institute for International Relations and the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, he initially worked for the Russian Foreign Ministry. He moved to the Gazprom Group in 2006, where, among other things, he was involved in upstream projects in Africa, Latin America and the Middle East, in LNG business, and in contract negotiations with China and India. He later served on the Administrative Board of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Limited and the Supervisory Board of Gazprom Germania GmbH.
Dr. Ludwig Möhring
Managing Director, Sales
Dr. Ludwig Möhring, born 1961, has been a WINGAS managing director since April 2010 and is responsible for Sales in Germany and Europe.
Möhring has worked in the energy industry since 1992. After working for the company BEB Erdgas und Erdöl in Hannover, at the beginning of 2000 he moved to Shell Gas & Power in London, where in his most recent position at Shell Energy Europe he was responsible, amongst other things, for natural gas sales key accounts and procurement from international producers in North-West Europe.
He has also been president of the ASUE - Working Group for Energy Conservation and Environmentally Friendly Energy - in Berlin since April 2012 and deputy chair of the advisory board of Zukunft ERDGAS e.V. since April 2013.
Vitaly Vasiliev has been a member of the WINGAS Board since January 2017.
Vitaly specialised in International Economics at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and in 2003 completed a MSc. in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business in the USA.
Mr Vasiliev's wide-ranging business experience includes working in a variety of roles for Gazprom export and Gazprom. Vitaly Vasiliev has been the Chief Executive Officer of Gazprom Marketing & Trading since 2004.
