Customer portal 2.0: How flexible gas procurement can function online

Essen/Kassel. WINGAS is unveiling its customer portal 2.0 with a new transaction site at its stand at this year’s E-World in Essen.

Users will soon be able to use the WINGAS customer portal 2.0 to exercise quickly and easily their contractual options online and procure standardized natural gas trading products.

In addition, the new portal also has a contract monitor for users. This monitor provides a quick overview of all contracts, in both graphics and tables. This is a service that is unique in this form on the market.

With its customer portal 2.0, WINGAS is making gas procurement even easier, more transparent, and clearer. The new portal will be available to WINGAS customers starting from the spring of this year.

“In light of the steadily rising expectations in the market, we are pleased to offer our customers new portal functions. This new functionality provides them an opportunity to exercise contractual options easily and clearly – directly online with just a few clicks. In addition, users can also procure standard trading products via the portal. This and much more streamlines the procurement process for customers in our markets. The portal raises the quality and efficiency of information exchange to a completely new level,” explains Matthias Peter, Head of Sales at WINGAS.

Until now, customers can use the WINGAS customer portal to view information, such as invoices, consumption statistics, relevant market data and the development of natural gas prices. The expansion to include the transaction site will make the portal far more interactive in the future.
