The WINGAS customer portal is an online platform that displays all the information on current and ongoing contracts. All transactions that used to be processed through the Sales Desk via e-mail and telephone can also be made online with just a few clicks. With its many functions, the customer portal is already being used by well over a hundred customers.
The prerequisite for access to the customer portal is an existing contract relationship with WINGAS. The customer can then request access to the portal from their personal Account Manager.
The WINGAS customer portal offers nine central functions.
With the transaction area, standardised natural gas products can be purchased and contractual options exercised quickly and easily. Everything that can be transacted via the WINGAS Sales Desk by e-mail and telephone can also be done online with just a few clicks. The contract monitor provides a quick overview of all the contracts with contractual options that are conducted via the Sales Desk. For all ongoing and concluded contracts, the options that have already been exercised are viewable as graphics or tables. Usage data can be used to view up-to-date information on what quantities have purchased and which have been settled. With the help of charting, comparison and filter functions, own overviews can be created, downloaded and processed.
With the help of delegated user management, WINGAS customers have control over the allocation of authorisations and decide who in their company can access which functions. Gas prices and market information allows the development of all major natural gas prices to be viewed. End-of-day and intraday data are displayed. The price alert function provides automatic monitoring when price limits are reached. If the chosen price limit is fallen short of or exceeded, a price alert is triggered and a message is sent from the portal.
In addition, invoices can be viewed in the WINGAS customer portal and filtered and sorted according to individual preferences. Furthermore, data can also be downloaded for internal processing. With the help of portal messages, customers are notified of any new information in the portal and can manage the notifications themselves. Portal messages are encrypted and cannot be viewed by other users. Contract data provide an overview of the most important key data of the own contracts.
